Nature, works by the students of the Municipal School of Art

From May 15 to June 8.

Opening: May 15 at 8:00 p.m.

This year the Municipal School of Art presents its collection of works made during the 2025 academic year. The works have been inspired by the theme of nature.

Nature is a source of inspiration and knowledge for the world of art. This exhibition has always related nature to the aesthetics of beauty, which is present and surrounds us every day.

Throughout history, nature has been recognized through rock art to current architecture. Artists/architects such as Josep Maria Jujol have been inspired by it as demonstrated by the transformation of Can Negre and the construction of the Torre de la Creu, among other works carried out throughout his career.

The exhibition presented today by the students of the Municipal School of Art has involved a practice of observation of the different elements that nature can give us and which, metaphorically with symmetrical or asymmetrical compositions, has given as a final result a pairing of natural inspiration.
